Yesterday, I had the opportunity to present a short talk to the Technology Leaders Association in Downers Grove, IL. The TLA is a networking group for IT leaders in transition and they were a great audience.
TLA members are comprised of IT executives who are director level and above in the Chicagoland area, although it has over 1,000 members both nationally and internationally. They get together once a month to exchange job leads and advice, to practice networking, and to hear speakers discuss issues of relevance to their search.
