Its a free / open source ATS. While its not completely AJAX yet, we are continuously (although slowly I must admit) AJAXifying the user interface. Our biggest challenge is that recruiters are notorious for using old buggy browsers (IE 6.x) which don't play well with AJAX. We think that we will substantially ajaxify CATS over the next 6 months.
